Amanda, you can buy the chicometrics on dvd now... I think they're coming out with a new dvd in a couple of months though. Just a little fyi Very Happy

Cool! Didn't get a chance to do the tape this morning... too busy paying bills Confused but plan on doing my cardio tomorrow and chico on Saturday!

Am sticking with the eating plan, and I did meditate today... so I am improving! Smile

Still at 240 gonna keep at Induction a while longer when this term is up next Wed. Maybe another run of 12 days. Life is good.

Here's another place I posted last night & it didn't stick. Wierd.

Anyhow, I've been doing pretty well. Staying on plan, though I didn't exercise yesterday, what with the burning hands, plus I was feeling a little nauseated. I did walk today, but only a mile. My calves have been cramping, despite appropriate stretching. Maybe I'm not getting enough potassium now that I've cut bananas out of my life?

Was nauseous again today. I'm keeping my fingers crossed it's not the flu...

I think I'm going to have to cut some treats out of my life. This stall is just too much. The fudgie bars have to go... and no more LC milk.

Finally did my Chicometrics work out today! I feel really good about that, AND I'm reading a new book with my morning meditations. I don't think I've lost any weight yet, but I've still got time to get rid of that challenged 20 lbs by Christmas!

Hows everyone else doin'?

ps... oh yeah... only had time to do 30 min of the workout... will definitely make time for the whole workout on Friday... and FYI... it IS a work out! LOL

Doing well food-wise. Walked Monday, yesterday and today. Got my chicometrics dvd but haven't started yet. I did my 'before' measurements and wrote them down--boy, that was depressing. I plan to start Monday next week, and plan to do the 2nd workout Friday, to give my body time to recover. I suspect I'll be sore after the workout.

We're going out of town to visit some friends, leaving tomorrow monring... I have NO IDEA how I'm going to eat LC while at their house. Help I've packed a can of mixed nuts and some sugar-free soy milk with a sugar-free chai mix... at least I can have something hot to drink for breakfast!

Oh Amanda... you WILL be sore! LOL I'm hurtin' for certain today... but it's a good hurt!

You do have a challenge coming up... will you be eating out or will they be in charge of what's prepared? If you're eating out then that'll be pretty easy... just something and a salad if all else fails... anyway... good luck! Very Happy

It was ugly. It was sooo ugly. I loved visiting my friends... but the food was a total loss. We ate in most of the time--there was NOTHING low carb available. Nothing. I tried helping... but she is one of those cooks who is very proud of her food, and though stuff was suitable for diabetics (which she knows I am), it was not low carb. Pasta. Tons of pasta. And white bread. Tuna sandwiches anyone? Let's put it on crusty italian! No bread? Are you insane? But I made this homemade apple pie just for you!

Rolling Eyes So I repented when I got home and am sticking to my regular LC food. Lordy my body is VERY angry at me.

Thanks, Shannon. I think I'm just gonna get back on the wagon. I'm not really an induction kind of gal... more Stella Style. I probably eat way too many carbs, but am hungry otherwise. Been doing good this week.

By the way, I weighed myself this morning just to see--and I didn't gain a thing! *wierd*

Hi, guys,

I hope all y'all are doing well with your goals!

I have been rather missing lately... and sorry for that! I had a big redesign of my brother's website which took tons of my time, and I'm still in my big ugly stall, though I went into a smaller size pants without additional weight loss, which has been wierd but a happy event.

Definitely have not been successful getting pregnant so far, but always hoping.
