Sammy... DH and I took our son to Disneyworld when he was 12 (OMG...14 years ago?!?!!?!?!!) and I told him he'd made my childhood dreams come true! I'm going back for my 50th birthday... I'd go there every vacation if DH would let me! LOL What can I say, I'm just a little ole kid at heart! (And it IS the HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH after all!) Very Happy

Mama.... my DH is the same darn way!!! Dang those men! Mad I know just how you feel! Also... the teriaki is mine... I make a different batch every time I make it cuz I don't measure... this time I threw in soy sauce,
crystal lite oj, water, liquid splenda, sesame oil, Emeril's "tabasco", garlic, dash of vinegar, dash of liquid smoke... if you want me to, I can measure next time and let you know. Let me know, kay?

Dinah... that's ok... it'll come back off - I just KNOW it! Very Happy The whoosh fairy will stop by your house for sure!

Hey, hey, hey! Happy Veteran's Day!

B = 2c coffee, 2 hb eggs

L = Ham & Swiss Quiche

D = Grilled Teriaki pork loin (it was WAY too windy to grill last night... we live on a lake and the wind was just raging at our house!), oven roasted broccoli

exercise = no, again Embarassed
water = wa
vitamins = wa

ps... Mama... I'll measure next time for sure... actually, my usual method of cooking drives my darling son nuts... he keeps saying, "MOM, write your recipes down... PLEASE!" My sweet son LOVES my cooking... I think I'll have to start doing that just for him Very Happy

Happy Friday! Too bad that I'm at work, though, but I'm wearing my comfy jeans and sweater. Busy this morning but I'm hoping after my 1pm meeting I can kick back and clean off my desk.

B - Made DebB pizza casserole last night and had a little for breakfast, decaf

green tea

L - 1 or 2 HB eggs, diet sprite

S - lite cheese stick

D - pizza casserole leftovers.

I forgot to take my vitamins again this morning. I think I'm going to do some cooking this weekend. Maybe test a butternut squash soup recipe for Thanksgiving.

Hello All!! Happy Friday and Happy Veteran's Day!Happy Veterans Day

Didn't get to exercise today-had to finish work and then go into the office w/ the boys who are home from school. I did weigh myself today and based on my new scale I am down a full 2 lbs from Monday (or was that Sunday-I can't remember!!) I'm just hoping it's a real loss and not just fluctuating weight-which always seems to be my case.

B-leftover pizza caserol (I added broccoli and cauliflour to ours)
L-celery w/ Geo's mustard dip (not very hungry)
D?? not sure we might be going out.

Have a great weekend to those of you who won't be around!!

Good morning! It's a beautiful day here-sunny and it should get to the 60's!

Friday night we ended up at a pub type resturant-descent food. I had a chef's salad, french onion soup w/o the bread and buffallo wings and water. Couldn't finish my salad-to much food. One thing I have noticed is that I cannot eat the quantity of food that I used to-guess that's good!

Saturday-No exercise
B-leftover pizzacaserol and coffee
S-cheese stick
L-leftover salad from dinner
D-cheese/chili n cheese w/ pepperoni chips and cucumber 'crackers' and some avacado slices

Sunday-No exercise
B-2 eggbeaters/spinich/1 sl cheese and chicken coffee
L and D ???????

Way to go Dinah!!!

I thought I was liking the scale lately, seeing numbers I hadn't seen in years. But, this morning it all came back over night! What's up with that??? I'm feeling a little discouraged today. I'll drink lots of water today and see what happens tomorrow.

B - HB egg, decaf

S - lite cheese stick

L - leftover steak and maybe a small salad, decaf diet coke

S - I have an egg and lite cheese in the frig

D - Leftovers for the family and I'm not sure about me.

Well I'm TOTALLY disgusted Twisted Evil I'm once again in a stall Grrrrr
130 still. And I did not cheat and I've been in moderate ketosis all week and I exercise every stinking day for at least 45 minutes. Do I sound angry??

OK that's it for me! I'm doing the Stillman diet next week and I can tell you I will be so sick of hb eggs that's for sure. I'd start today but I have muffins and berries to eat (They were already frozen.)

I gotta break into the 120s soon or I'm going to lose all hope. My problem is that I lost that first 13 pounds so quickly and then it was as if I went into slow motion. This original induction knocked off 5 pounds but I'm so frustrated I could scream. I mean, if I had cheated ok, but I didn't! Waaaaaaaaaaaaahhhh

OK I feel better.

WTG Dinah! and I see by Shannon's ticker that she's down another! Very Happy
Good for you guys!
