Maybe for the flaxseed muffins?
1 8 oz. cream cheese, very soft
1 stick of unsalted butter, very soft
1/4 cup of artificial honey
Beat until combined. _________________ Jenny

It may be Steele's Honey Flavored Nature Sweet. I don't know if they make it anymore. It has been about a year since I first purchased it. I didn't think it tasted much like honey. You can buy plain Maltitol syrup and add SF honey flavoring/extract, or dark agave nectar tastes very close. _________________ Every act of creation is first an act of destruction - Pablo Picasso |

SuperWalmart has a sugar free honey that is very good in recipes - of course it's imitation honey - but it's the flavor that you want and not the carbs/sugar. _________________ Jenny

THanks Jenny!!!! That is sooo good to know!
Our traditional New Years Dinner has to have ham, black-eyed peas and cornbread... it's a family tradition. (My Daddy was from the south) Anyway I always make honey butter for the cornbread and now that I have a low carb version of cornbread I can still have it with the honey butter! Yayyy! _________________ url=http://www.TickerFactory.com/weight-loss/whDwhiA/]

Jenny, that SF honey from WalMart is just wonderful. I use nothing else. Esp in Foxeys wings.
Thanks for the frosting recipe. =)) _________________ I like to think my friends can look into my eyes, and see their best selves reflected |
