I just got an invitation to my 30 year class reunion!!! GASP!!!! How can that be? I'm ONLY 23 yrs old! (grin)

It will be at the Country Club in Mt. Vernon, IN on July 8th. I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to be under 200 by then!!! Can I do it???? Maybe this is just the motivation I need to kick these last pounds.

Ok, my challenge starts right this minute!! I'm going to go take a walk before it starts raining.

Who's gonna be my kick in the behind motivator????

I've just started back on STRICT induction... less than 20 carbs a day. Is that what you are doing too Dinah? I need support as well to stay with this and get to THE GOAL! We can do this together! I have wondered about an induction group.. I know that even the Stella sweet have to be no-no's until I hit THE GOAL. SO, I'm with you Dinah!!! Kath

Thanks for all the support guys!! So far so good. I need to do a grocery run, so today's menu wasn't perfect, but still good.

B - 8 oz Kroger Peach LC Yogurt

S - nuttin!!

L - 1 leg/thigh chicken quarter
1 cup fresh green beans (boss cooked!)

D - whatever falls out of the fridge!!!

Haven't exercised yet, but will try to soon.

Hi. I definitely need to stop at the store on the way home. Busy week and didn't have time to plan too much.

B - About 2 oz of leftover lean pork

S - too busy and din't miss it

L - HB egg and 1/2c plain greek-style yogurt

Going to drink another bottle of water too and take a quick walk before the rain starts again.

S - lite cheesestick befor I leave work

D - Not sure, I have asparagus to roast

I'm watching my portions more closely now.

Hi, hubby went to the store while I was at work this afternoon so now have lots of LC to choose.
B --- 2 fried eggs
lots of water... have been upping it toward 100 oz
L -- broiled chicken - leg/thigh
s-- am fixing some gizzards with onions...
1 can diet rite
more water...
going to the community theater tonight to watch Match Maker.. looking forward to it... Have a good evening!

what a great cheering section ya'll are!! I have been to da store and got me lots of goodies!!! I have the spice edmane (SOY pods) boiling as we speak. I have two pork tenderloins, and i'm gonna try georges bourbon bbq sauce for one of them, i may freeze the other one in chops for quickie meals.

went to aldi's and they didn't have any cauliflower Sad bummer. but i got some beautiful cucumbers for .38 each, and some roma tomatoes, so i'm gonna make the cuc tom salad from book 1.

geeze, what else did I get? besides the staples, i also bought tilapia, jumbo shrimp and sea scallops!!! I even popped for a good bottle of white wine, and i'm going to try to re-create that recipe I was tellin' ya'll about a couple weeks ago.

here's the description off the menu:

Flounder Seafood Medley
Pan seared flounder filet, sautéed jumbo Gulf shrimp, sea scallops and crab meat draped with white wine garlic
cream sauce. Served with wild rice pilaf and asparagus spears. 18.99

carp forgot to get crab meat, and I got tilapia instead of flounder.... oh well.



My goal is to be under 200 by july, and as of this morning, I have 21.5 lbs to go. Crying or Very sad

I CAN do this!!!!!
