Sorry, I haven't been posting my daily menus. Another long week, said in my best eeyore (winnie the pooh) voice, lol. My menus are planned this week, thank goodness. Dinah, how did that meal turn out?

I never did get around to fixing it Sammy. Crazy weekend, crazier week, and Tyler and I are going to Indiana for the w/e tomorrow, so it may be a while before I get to experiment. I'll let ya know tho.

I've been doing good. Had a bad bout with the old tummy at midnight last night, and this morning my weight jumped up 2 lbs. I can't imagine what would have been left in my tummy to cause that!!!

I'm still plugging along!!!

ok i'm in this.....got a busy day planned, i wont be home all day until about 5 pm. So before i leave at 8 am ill have hard boiled eggs and bacon and coffee and lots of water
then ill take with me.....more eggs and pepperoni and ham and cheese rollups, couple diet sodas and a few liters of water, i wont get hungry. I really very seldom do....i just tend to eat, whenever.

for dinner i have left over shrimp stirfry. and ill make mock mac and cheese, more water and prolly a bowl of frozen blueberries with splenda. at least that's what tomorrow/today's plans are.

Lord i need this to go well lol

Lissa and Bambam, welcome. It was nice chatting with you all last night. Today has been a whirlwind of activity. Keeping track of my eating, though.

B - hb egg, decaf coffee. Wasn't very hungry this morning.

S - lite cheesestick

L - Salad with 2 oz. deli turkey and a little shredded cheese

S - greek style yogurt

D - Not sure yet. We're going to costco and might pickup something.

Need to drink more water.

Hi, I'm back and trying to be more faithful as well. Nice to talk to you all last night as well. My day has been a long one and started out really good.
B - two eggs fried with glass of water
L - egg salad with celery and lettuce along with a diet rite.
S - had a hand of mixed nuts... need to throw them out of my reach I think. Must quit this habit... Embarassed
D - Piece of thin steak on the grill and broccoli.

Had at least 64 oz of water and also walked on my treadmill this am at 4.0 incline and 4.0 speed.. Will by inching upward more soon.

B - Leftover hot and sour soup. Just love leftovers for breakfast.

L - Foxye's pizza top (pizza without the crust)

D - I have flank steak marinating(sp), salad and roast asparagus

Hi Sammy,, Yes, I'm around most evenings! My days go really pretty good. It's the night time that's hard. We are supposed to get up to 18 inches of snow by Monday night. It's been raining/sleeting this evening. And we are inbetween movies... Last chance before spring hits right?!

Exercised 45 minutes this morning on the treatmill 4.5 incline at 4.0 speed. (good thing I can read as time does go fast)

B - 2 eggs fired
L - egg salad on lettuce
S- Made the stuffed meat loaf with ham and provolone cheese. It's VERY Good!! Also had asparagus which is on sale for 98 cents a pound. Are there any good asparagus pickle recipes out there??? Oh, and a Miller Lite. So now I've probably stopped any chance of loosing a pound ....
Am also enjoying a diet rite with Spiced Rum... Have to say it's pretty good. Anyway have a great weekend..

Hay Y'all I have some bad news to report and to appologise. first the appologie, I havent been really sticking to my proper lifestyle or exersise this weekend, and Im not sure if i'll be able to this next week, however I will try.
The reason is My mom passed away this weekend due to pulmonary embalism, she was found already gone by my step father on Saturday. I'll be travilling starting tommarow(Mon) from San Antonio, to Dallas, to little Rock to Memphis, to Nashville, to louisville.
I promise to get back to the challange when I get back and Ill try to keep up durring this week.
