I know it's early to suggest this, but in the spirit of a Christmas Cookie exchange I would like to suggest a Christmas Cookie Contest. Original recipes not posted previously, you could even have a video clip of the judging/baking! This could be a lot of fun! Foxye, I have to go to a Christmas Cookie exchange in my neighborhood every year. So not low carb or legal. They are fabulous. My fave is a lemon bar someone makes. If I could just figure out how to make it low carb...hmmm. The weird thing is that people just bring two dozen cookies and then the hostess makes plates of some of each for everybody. But no one brings recipes and you don't know who made what or how. I have repeatedly suggested that we do so to know avail. Great idea. _________________ "I adore simple pleasures.
