After reading Rick's post on "what works", starting tomorrow I'm going to do 3 days of the meat/egg fast to get myself kick started. AND I'm going to stop drinking coffee! AND I"m going to exercise!

Well, that being said, here's what I ate yesterday... (I need to be held accountable, and I hope you all will help me Smile

Wednesday’s Menu

B = 2c coffee w/hvy cream, 2 hb eggs
S = almonds
L = 6 oz grilled hamburger patty, sf jello w/2 oz crm cheese
S = 4 oz Colby jack cheese
D = 4 oz pork roast, smashed cauliflower
S = 1 Atkins Endulge Ice cream bar

Water = 64 oz +
Vitamins = Atkins core 4 +
Exercise = 45 min treadmill @ 2.5 mph with hand weights

That's it... anyone else want to post their menu from yesterday??

Lunch : Large salad with green peppers, cucumbers, shredded cheese and ranch dressing.

dinner: Dinah's Chili ( it is so , so good) I actually had 2 big bowls!

And while my chili was cooking, I prep Dinah's Cream of anything soup.. I made mine a cream of tomato ( I just had a bowl for lunch! ) Really good also Cool

Wow, I'm honored! Glad you liked them. I haven't tried it with tomatoes. I just love it with mushrooms and broccoli so much, I haven't ventured out from there! I'm a soup-a-holic, and have been wanting to use the cr of anything soup as a base for clam chowder. One of these days I'll get in the kitchen and try it. I LOVE clam chowder!

Hugz!
