Ok, I bought this series of books, and don't ask me the story behind THAT one. Just suffice it to say, if you are gonna leave your TV on all night, don't leave it on infomercials, and hide your credit card!!! I've heard of sleep walking, but sleep SHOPPING???
Here's my question. I've been having a lot of issues with sleep and fatigue lately, and I've had skin problems all my life. I got to reading about sulpher and all my symptoms point to a deficiency in sulpher! Practically text book!
So, how do you up your sulphur intake? (sulfur? how is it spelled? maybe that's my problem, i've been looking it up wrong. ) Also, if Im allergic to penicillin, can I even take sulfer/sulpher?
Any body out there smarter than I am? Ok, don't answer that..... _________________ Dingie Dinah

Pak Choi = Boc Choy or Bok Choy
For those still not sure - its a type of cabbage often found in chinese and other asian cooking. White or pale green stems that end in a dark green leafy top. Yum yum. I love the baby ones braised with chicken stock, garlic and soy sauce. Very high in fiber for you fiber fanatics.
A warning that they are often grown in sandy soil and should be washed very carefully or even soaked in water to remove any sand/soil grit. |

I didn't know bok choy came with different names! Never tried it, I don't think, but now I know what to look for. Thanks Jen! _________________ Dingie Dinah

That reminds me of my sister. A few years ago she had back surgery. One day while she was in the hospital her daughter came in and she said, "If I had my credit card handy I would have ordered this neat (probably not her exact words) silicone bakeware set I saw on TV." Niece said, it's in you wallet in the closet, but guess it's too late now. Sister said, no I have the phone number written here. She had written it on her hand. So niece got the card, sister ordered the set.
When she got home from the hospital, there was a package on the porch. (I was with her by that time. She said "now what has Teddy (her DH) been ordering now." We got in, opened the package, and she said why is this here? Who ordered this?
Niece came over, and sister was telling her about it. Niece said you ordered them. She says, No I didn't. Yes you did. In the hospital, and told her about ordering them.
Sister says moral to the story, "When I'm on drugs, don't let me have my credit card!"
To this day, she doesn't remember ordering them.
Sorry for the long story & thread jack. _________________ Billie

| Dinah- Hmmm. I know how you feel. I know why I have trouble sleeping and have fatigue. My adrenals are shot. Thyroid-adrenals or adrenals-thryoid, not sure which lagged behind first. Hope you feel better soon. |
