Snack - cashews, two bitesize pretzels - starving hungry (unprepared Confused )
Lunch - meatloaf, roasted cauliflower
Supper - Smothered chicken, salad w/ walnuts & 1/4 c eng peas
LC 1000 Island dressing

Breakfast - Choc-peanut butter protein shake
Snack - colby cheese
Lunch - Smoked sausage & squash casserole
Supper - Smoked sausage, salad w/ walnuts & 1/4c english peas
Snack - pork rinds w/ 2 oz. cream cheese

March 6

Breakfast - smoked sausage on LC tortilla w/ mayo
Snack - 2 Laughing Cow cheese triangles
Lunch - salad w/ topping off pizza pieces
Supper - 10 Zaxby's chicken w/ Whimpy sauce
Snack - pork rinds w/ 2 oz. cream cheese

Lunch - Double stack burger w/ no bun, added tomato & onion
Snack - Sausage dip w/ pork rinds (ended up being supper
- wasn't hunger)

Note: Appetite has deminished a lot!!

Lunch - Curried chicken casserole (Linda's website)
Snack - cashews (palm full)
Supper - Sausage, mushroom chicken casserole (Linda's website)
Snack - Sausage dip w/ pork rinds

Note: I was hungry today. I hope it is a signal that I am going to drop some lbs. I remember Blue Betty commenting that she has noticed when she is craving food, if she stays true, she will drop lbs. I wonder if the body is trying to get food to help it hold the weight where it is. I am going to try to observe if there is a pattern.
