one lb. chicken breast cubed and marinated in olive oil and fajita seasoning mix
One onion, 2 red bell peppers cut into matchstick style peices
Sour cream
Shredded cheddar
Low carb salsa
baby mixed greens

Stir fry chicken, onion and peppers.
Place on bed of baby greens and sprinkle cheese on top while still hot.
Glob on sour cream and salsa on top.

Filling and spicy!! Enjoy Very Happy
