Hi Foxye!

I saw a post of yours where you mentioned you make lasagna with cabbage leaves. I tried searching for this on this forum and in your blog, but couldn't find it. Could you share your recipe, please? I am looking for Italian style recipes and casserole recipes. Thanks!

It is easy and you can't even tell the layers are cabbage. You cut the
head of cabbage in half and then peel off the leaves. I either parboil
(blanch) or steam the cabbage leaves. Strain them in a colander so
they aren't wet. You just want to make sure they stay in one piece
for layering just like you would lasagne noodles. Then just build
your favorite lasagne and bake.

Key Lime Pie brings back wonderful memories of when I went with my parents to Florida every year and we would go to this one seafood restaurant and always get KeyLime Pie, I think that's the only time we would ever eat it Confused

Be sure to post the recipe!!

Hey Foxye,

Care to share your chicken salad recipe? That sounds good and I haven't had chicken salad in so long. Thanks!
