O.k. ladies let's do it!!! Leslie Sansone here we come
I was going to exercise tonight but my monthly visitor showed up one week late and I sure didn't feel like bouncing around tonight!!
But starting Monday I am going to start back. I had done so good for MONTHS and then boom I let it go for one month and I loose everything I had worked so hard for. The inches I had lost are back and more, the weight I had been keeping off is now back, and my mood is not as sweet as it was when I was exercising and staying on track with my diet choices.
I could go on and on but like Angie said, no more excuses!! Today was a new day and I did good. Tomorrow is a new day and I should wake up hungry since I didn't eat late tonight and stayed away from any and all sugar.
Back to the exercise, I love Leslie's 4 mile boosted walk where she uses the band the last mile, and the interval training where she adds a 2 min. jog. I also use 5 lb weights during the walk. But yep, I can't stand to think about having to spend an hour in front of the tv doing this when there is so many other things I need to be doing. But I can either choose to do it and see results or not do it and see my thighs and fanny get bigger. That's where I gain all my weight
I wish we lived closer and we could all walk together

Well here it is Monday night at 11:30 pm and NO I didn't get in my exercise No one's fault but my own!! I just didn't feel like it, I have been REALLY tired and run down lately, no energy at all. We didn't get home till after 9 tonight and I just couldn't get myself to do it. I will keep trying but no promises.
Here are my menus for Sunday and Monday........

Veganase
Lettuce
Salad
Ranch
Celery
Cream Cheese
Roasted Edamame
Grilled Chicken Breast
Mock Mashed Potatoes
My life is getting very busy, we are starting our homeschool back and I'm trying to do all my planning. We have a lot of Dr. appts. and my son is taking a class 2 days a week. SO if I stop posting my journals everyday you will know why. It's not that I've fallen off the wagon it's just my wagon is going at full speed right now
