Thanks---made it last night with a little extra cayenne 'cause you can never have too much cayenne-yum. Cooked it this morning and my husband who's quite the sausage aficionado really liked it, too.

You are most welcome, but thanks goes to Paul (I'm assuming you made the breakfast sausage - or Jason if you did the Italian).
I like Cayenne too! Funny thing is, I don't like black pepper, and always thought it was too hot (black) when I was a kid. Now I use Cayenne on nearly everything (actually Creole seasoning).

Glad you both enjoyed it.
