I just found this great site for recipes for lots of different seasoning mixes. They are not necessarily low carb, but most can easily be made low carb with a few tweaks.

You are most welcome!! It's great site!! Thanks to Amanda at World Start newsletters for "telling me" about this site.
And thank you for the FYI about the free shipping at KMart. I imagine this was because of the jean..... I found the jeans at WalMart. I did not like the looks of them, but tried some on anyway. They do not fit me right at all! But thanks for the FYI!

What a cool site Billie! I don't know why I never saw it before. I guess I just never came in here before the burger buns post! Which seasoning mixes have you used? Any favorites?

It is a cool site. To tell ya the truth, I'd forgotten about the site.
I can't even rememeber if I've used any of the mixes from it. I do make up my own Tony Catchereo's (sp) seasoning mix. But I've had the recipe for years. Can't remember if it was on that site or not. I do have it posted on this forum tho. (I'm pretty sure.)
I use my Tony's creole seasoning on or in just about everything (cept sweet stuff  ).
