Just decided to keep a record of my exercise successes (and failures).

Yesterday I did 30 minutes of Rocking, 30 minutes of Foot Pumping, 5 minutes of Morning Deep Breathing with Arm Raises and 5 band exercises for arms at 10 reps each.

Goal for next week is do that 3 times. And increase each week as I keep it up.

Well, my shoulders & hands are acting up - so I gave my self a pass yesterday. Today I did the foot pumping and rocking - but my dear friend Arthur Ritis isn't cooperating with my plan. I will continue to do what I can - even though it seems like so little. But, a little is better than none!

Did better at eating today, too.

Well, today my joints are still pretty stiff & sore - but in spite of that I got dishes & laundry done, some items ready to mail, some paperwork completed, my OQC duties accomplished, cooked 3 meals & cleanup, watched a DVD, caught up on emails - and did some chair rocking and foot pumping. My shoulders just wouldn't cooperate for me to do the arm exercises - frustrating!

I wish I knew why these flare-ups happen. I guess no one really knows. It will pass - so I'll just take it as it comes. I don't mean to complain because I have so much to be thankful for -

Not all I wanted to do today - and certainly not all the "moving" I wanted to do, but at least it wasn't a total loss, exercise wise. I'll do better tomorrow ......

Still doing some of the movements each day - just not posting. I have just been doing what I felt like - my shoulders are very painful, so those moves have not been done. I want to try to be more specific on what I do - so I'll be reporting in here to myself every few days.
