Saturday Mar. 14,09
B--Water, heart pill, vitamin, motz cheese stick, ( had to be out the door quick) 1 boiled egg
L---5 chicken nuggets, and small chili---very few beans ( was out all morning) decaf coff w/ splenda + cream, water
S---flavored water (0 carb) and 1 diet soda (0 carb)
D--SS crazy egg meatloaf minus the eggs ( love the flavor of this meatloaf but didn't want the eggs this time) ham mock mac and cheese (from new book) A green salad with ranch dressing
S--small handfull of nuts and more water

Lots of water and iced tea thoughout the day.

Sunday Mar. 15, 09
B--two hard boiled eggs with salt, 20 oz. water, heart pill + vitamin
L--At a Mexican Place ----dish with ground beef, cheese, lettuce, salsa, mole sauce, a few tortilla chips---all in all not bad---kept portions small and did not feel the need to overeat. Ice tea w/splenda
S--water, cream cheese and a ww cracker
D---Hot dog w/o bun on the grill, 3 strawberries, couple handfulls of pork rinds. We went with my inlaws to our local reservoir and walked 1 1/2 miles and then played football and soccer with the kids at the park. Just did a quick dinner on the grill out there. Lots of bottled water.
S---plate of jalapeno poppers and more water

Wednesday Mar. 18 09
Sorry--I have been busy and have forgotten to put in my menus for Mon. and Tues. ---and now I can't remember everything. I do know that it was all legal---so here is Wed.
B---1 boiled egg, 1 slice blueberry pan bread ( recipe from new SS book)
heart pill, vitamin, and a bottle of water.
L--chinese stirfry ( sliced beef, brocoli, zucinni, a few baby carn, soy sauce, garlic, onion, ginger. 1 can diet coke.
S---egg salad on a wasa cracker, 1 sparkling water
D---Taco salad, couple tortilla chips and salsa, 2 ice teas
S---fulll, didn't need anything

Lots of water and iced tea through out day

L---Hot wings w/ SS onion rings, celery and blue cheese, iced tea
D---ground beef w/lo carb speghetti sauce over french cut steamed green beans, two lo-carb motz cheese garlic "bread stix" (fried motz. cheese stick w/ garlic powder, diet soda, water
S---2 more motz stix and some pepperoni slices

Lots of water and iced tea though out the day
