wow, thanks angie! I gotta try this method, cause ya'll know i'm EGG CHALLENGED!!! LOL!!!

it makes sense tho. i love learning the science behind cooking something.

i did that the other week and my eggs were great- after all done and cooled them done ,they peeled so easy. sue
