So I happened to be enjoying a few moments of quiet time as my husband, a fellow teacher, and 2 children slept late this morning due to a SNOW day, when I flipped past QVC and saw George Stella talking about his new cookbook. I've never ordered from QVC (I think that was the shopping channel. Is there more than one?) Anyways I decided to go check this out on-line. I am planning to order his cookbooks. I know low carb works and I was successful in losing over 60 pounds but over time put it back on after a personal surgery and then a family member in ICU for over a month. My husband is talking about having soup for dinner. Perfect for this frigid day. Is it possible for me to get this recipe today? |

Well, didn't fool my tastebuds into thinking it was potato in the least, but it was REALLY good. It kinda surprised me because I liked it even better than cream of broccoli. _________________
