I'm back! Never left, just bought a house, and had to get an internet connection! I've gained a little about 6 pounds, but I am back to the work out plans!
Yesterday's Log 1/11/09
Treadmill - 37 minutes
Miles 3.2
Speed 5.5 to 6.2
Calories burned 570
2 sets of 15 captain's chair for lower abs!
Feels good to be back, heading to the gym after work today!!

Glad ta have ya back!!!!!
It's been pretty slow around here lately. A lot of people are having problems staying logged in. Glad to see you made it. It is possible, just takes some adjustments sometimes. And some people just gave up I think. And people are busy!!! Some have had computer problems,,,etc, etc.
Doin good. I've finally gotten into a walking program! Much needed !!! I'm postin over in the challenges section. _________________ Billie
