well, i wish i had read this whole thread BEFOR I made these! I used the sf choco chips i get at walmart. I just clumped these on waxed paper. wish i had read about the silicone cups. the picture looks perfect! oh well, there's always next time.
I wish I had cooked the coconut mixture too, cause my coconut may have been old cause it's not soft...
oh well live and learn. i'll still eat them!

ok these are killer!!! DH loves them. next time i'll use the silicone cups, but other than that DH said don't change a thing....
one problem with this recipe. it's TOO EASY!!!! LOL
