Calories burned 285
Speeds 5.3 - 6.0
2 sets of 15 Captain's Chair for lower abs.

Wow, you're back with a vengeance.
No way I could ever "walk" that fast on a treadmill. Guess it isn't walking, it's running. Couldn't do that either. I don't have the coordination to run on a treadmill. Barely can walk on one. LOL

Hi Jason!
Sure is good to see you posting again. Great job on the workout schedule. I'm sure you're seeing great results with it. I'm still going to Curves, and when I can I try to incorporate something else. Billie is right, it's been really slow in here lately. I think the problems staying logged in have really discouraged a lot of people. Also it's summer! With vacations, children home from school, and just being really busy, it's hard to find time to post. We've seen a drop in attendance at Curves, so I'm sure it must be the same here too.
Anyhow, welcome back! Keep working hard, and keep posting!!

I'm BACK!!!!
First day back to working out. I'm more than motivated again! I need to lose again, but it will all be worth it!
Workout Log for 6/05/10
Treadmill 33 minutes.
A mixture of running and walking for 33 minutes. Speeds 5.5 to 3.2
Total calories burned 450
Distance: 2.15 miles
Going to hit it again tomorrow!! So happy to be back! _________________ Jason
