Good Morning Everyone! Here goes for day #4:

Breakfast-
2 eggs scrambled, splash of cream, sprinkle of shredded cheese, cooked in real butter\
3 strips of bacon
water

Lunch-
leftovers from Applebees--steak w blue cheese
2 C salad greens w blue cheese dressing
water

Dinner-
chicken in crock pot covered w Atkins Bar-B-Q sauce
1 C cauliflower
water

will drink at least 2 qts of water today
will take my never ending supplements
still have to do gazelle
