Meat loaf can certainly be frozen. Mashed "taters" I'm not sure of. Never lasts long enough to freeze!~! _________________ Dingie Dinah

Had this for dinner last night-really good!! We have made this several times, and yes it did freeze well-I would not add ketchup to it utill you thaw and reheat. Keep the wonderful recipes coming George!!!
I have never been much of a meatloaf lover, but boy am I now convinced. This is just too good!! Please note that I scraped every bit of topping out of the pan. It was just too good to waste (it's George's ketchup recipe).
I polished off my last piece tonight, along with some of LindaSue's Alfredo Zucchini Spaghetti.
