|
|
I just tried the LC Ketchup George gave us in the OnDemand section as I made some fried chicken, I sliced a chicken breast up and breaded in his recipe and fried, I thought id do this to save putting it in the oven, that wasnt my wisest choice it was not as crispy and a bit on the dry side, so a little bell rung and I remembered the LC Ketchup and that I had bought the ingredients so whipped that up and it is so quick and IMHO it is better than Heinz which I have said I would never stray from as it was the best. Now I know better, I used stevia liquid as the sweetener and it was perfect, that OnDemand service is great and very worth the money not only for the recipes but to help this amazing site ( oh and a side note LOL I have lost 10.5 lb in 8 days) that is a miracle. Thank you so Much George and mods for an amazing site and plan. _________________ Todays mighty oak is just yesterday's nut that held its ground!
