OK I had three requests for a recipe I use for my crustless pizza Here it is and it is really nothing special, just a much easier and to me, a tastier way to enjoy pizza. It is the only way me, my daughter and my MIL will eat pizza now. This is a great recipe that allows you to let your kids enjoy the fun of making their own "pizza". Allow them to add the ingredients they like and make smiley face and designs in the pizza as it is all theirs. You can of course alter any of the ingredients to your taste, sometimes I add in hot peppers too! I hope you all enjoy it, let me know and have a great day,
David Wink
David's Crustless Pizza
Special Equipment needed

Aluminum mini loaf pans (you get 3 for a dollar at dollar tree)
Ingredients
1 15 oz can Tomato sauce (I use Hunts)
Garlic powder (about 3Teaspoons more or less to your taste)
Italian Seasoning (I use about 3 Tbs)
1/4 lb Hamburger (browned and drained)
1/4 Lb sausage (browned and drained, I use 4 Swaggerty's patties cut up)
Bacon (fried, drained and cut up about 4-6 slices)
Ham, cut in strips or cubed (I use the Great Value sliced ham)
Pepperoni Slices (I use Hormel rolls and slice my own for a thicker slice)
Mushrooms, sliced (I use the canned Giorgio brand)
Onions (diced)
Green Pepper (diced)
Olives sliced (we use Mario Manzanilla Spanish Olives)
Mozzarella cheese ( I use about1/2 cup)
Parmesan cheese (to taste, I use Kraft)
Directions
When making this, I do all the prep work ahead of time and have all my veggies and meats chopped and sliced. I also have all my meats that need cooked done and drained. Take can of sauce and add in the garlic powder and Italian seasoning and mix well. Here is where the fun starts, take a mini loaf pan, add in about 1/4-1/2 cup of the sauce, add in your favorite ingredients cover with parmesan and mozzarella cheese, Bake at 350 30-45 minutes till bubbling hot. Remove from oven and serve in the pans they were cooked in. (caution these are hot, we use pot holders or kitchen towels under ours) When finished, crumple up the pan toss in the recycling bi and wasn't that cleanup a snap? Oh yea wash your fork Laughing Laughing Laughing
