Hey guys! I have a low carb cookbook collection I'd like to share with you. Simply go to http://www.mediafire.com/?sharekey=0ac2190bfdd0eb3491b20cc0d07ba4d2fc7976ad9cc3b870 and download any or all of them for yourselves.
If any of you have any low carb cookbooks or recipe compilations saved in word or pdf format, would you like to share? Email them to me at wiredfoxterror@aol.com and I will include them in the Low Carb Cookbook collection so everybody can access them. _________________ Foxye

Anne and others,
Tho Foxye has some great recipes posted, keep in mind that some of them might best be for maintenance (or at least OWL). Foxye is on the Sommersizing (mainly) diet, and some of her recipes don't work for other early on weight loss low carb lifestyles. She does not count carbs, or even keep track of them. Sommersizing is about how foods are put together, not low carb. Tho it it is somewhat low carb, so several on here are on that lifestyle. Low carbing works with Sommersizing, and vise versa to an extent.
Most Sommersize recipes are inherently low carb. But some are better for OWL or maintenance if you are not following Sommersize.
Just check to be sure they fit your needs.
Again, I am not dissing her recipes AT ALL. Just use caution if you are in early stages of weight loss, and are not following Sommersizing.
This also applies tho to other recipes in our member added recipe section. Some of the recipes are better for later, rather than early on weight loss. _________________ Billie

Thanks Billie,
I sort of already discoverd that by myself, and I'm being very careful with what I cook. For now, I'm sticking mainly to George and Rachel's recipes. I haven't found a bad one yet!!
And I'm really excited, because I ordered George's earlier cookbook, and it will be here on Wednesday.
