I wont post the whole article you can have a look if you want to, it seems for once they are giving low carb diets a positive stamp rather than telling us they are damaging with such scares as kidney problems, lack of energy to the heart, lack of vitamins and minerals lack of fibre, oh my the list of rubbish we get fed goes on and on even though my GP was happy to see me on low carb. I would much rather do a low carb healthy eating plan than take those awful weight loss pills that can have rather undesirable side effects _________________ Todays mighty oak is just yesterday's nut that held its ground!
