And it's TYLER!!!! We just made stuffed meat loaf mini's (book 3, page 123) and homemade whole wheat mac and cheese. He loves the stuff, so I taught him how to make it. Buying that cookbook for him was one of the best thing's I've ever done. He's been interested in cooking for a while now, since he's working at Cafe Ameno, so this morning, he said "mom if you stop at the grocery store, let me know, cause there are a lot of recipes in that cookbook I want to try". MUSIC TO MY EARS!! So I called him, and went to the store, and it's in the oven now!!!
What a great way to bond.... and I'm gonna feel better when he's away at college that he'll be eating good!
ok, off to eat! _________________ Dingie Dinah

| Enjoy that special dinner with your very special guy. I can't think of a better bonding experience than cooking with our children and grandkids. |
