Good Sunday Mother's day Morning to the all Mothers. Fed horses and took a walk around the lake. am planning on waking on treadmill 30 min. this afternoon. This is the 7th day of my induction so this is what I have planned for my menu
BREAKFAST:
1 egg
4 slices bacon
20 oz water
LUNCH:
4 Pork Ribs on the Grill with George's barbecue sauce
1 cup layered salad
2 deviled eggs
20 oz. water
DINNER:
roll up two pieces of ham with swiss cheese heated
1 cup green beans
20 oz. of water
I will be drinking water all day try to get in at least 100 oz A day

You bet we're gonna get there, cuz we are so worth it! I am surrounded by the bestest people and the biggest "losers" I know!  Btw, Tina, girl I am so proud of you, and your positive attitude is so inpsiring!
