Well I made another pot of this wonderful soup. This time I used cauliflower, white onions, and added a chopped ham steak. It was a wonderful mock cream of potato soup w/ ham. I topped each bowl with a little sharp cheddar, and YUMMO!!!! The next time I will probably use more ham. One ham steak wasn't enough. I was only guessing as to what I might need. But it was delicious. Since it's so cold and windy here today, it hit the spot.

Have a good day!
June

Thank you Smile its just a flu or cold bug I think just feeling rather rotten and drowsy, Anne suggested soup and I remembered the chicken so went hunting for soups on here and this one is perfect! dont have to stand for long soup pretty much looks after itself and I can make bread for my DH use up some of my flour before it goes out of date and thats no effort with my stand mixer just throw it in together. Anything thats easy right now is what I need Embarassed

Hi Everyone,

I would like to know what size of can of chicken broth do you use for the Cream of Anything soup recipe?

Sounds yummy!

Thanks,

Deb, I'm thinkin that would be a 16oz can. That's what I took it to be.
