One thing I learned from a previous diet program was to add something GREEN to breakfast.. believe me when I was told that at first I thought they were nuts.. but after making a wonderful breakfast w some sauted frozen collard greens w fresh mushrooms, a fried over easy egg and 2 sm breakfast sausages.. I was totally satisfied.. and got another veggie in the day.. Since then breakfast seem RIGHT w some greens, asparagus, sauted spinach.. .. anything green short of lettuce..
Lunch was cauliflower fritters( eggwhites, cooked mashed cauliflower, parmesan cheese, onion) with beef patty sm slice of cheese and sauted mushrooms, one sm slice of tomato
Dinner.. BBQ Ribs from the smoker( no sauce), homemade coleslaw and mashed mock potatoes. and a sugar free popsicle..
I had a mid meal snack of a handful of nuts... and water with sugar free koolaide...
Am I on track ?? .... feedback please Did I miss something or should I have not had something ????? .. I am new.. Any help would be appreciated....
Thx Flo |

Flo, sounds like it should be good.
That being said, everyone is different. What is too much for one, another might be able to eat 3 or 4 times that and still lose weight.
But everything sounds like it is low carb (assuming that the coleslaw was made with sugar sub, and not sugar, and I am assuming that).
All I can really say is see how YOU are doing eating that. If you've been losing, and quit losing, then it might bee too much. But your body may be taking a break.
I know this sounds confusing, but losing weight under any plan is not a hard science, and like I said everyone is different. And again, it sounds like a good plan. _________________ Billie
