Now this is not a new find for me. I have been using this milk sub. for over 2 yrs and LOVE it.. now find it is LOW carb too... but be sure not to get the sweetened kind.. I get the unsweeten vanilla..

ALMOND BREEZE
I tried some of the unsweetened vanilla mixed with Da Vinci syrup and it is good. It was also good with just a little liquid Splenda.
. Almond Breeze is thin like skim milk but sort of a beige color. I like the taste much better than Calorie Countdown milk & the carbs are lower I tired in coffee but no as good as Heavy cream.. but nice to have a glass of ' milk' flavored drink that won't break the carb's for the day.
there is a sm amt of tapioca in it but very sm amt.
