Billie, what is it you order from Honeyville on a regular basis? I guess their yogurt bites have added sugar, eh? I must be hungry ! Just had a cheddar cheese stick and have some sf fruit punch going, but it may take a bit for them to register in my hunger bank. LOL I could easily go overboard with just about anything edible put in front of me at this point, which means I waited far too long before I started my snack. Do you do as George suggests, and try and keep some food in your stomach at all times?

Sandy, I order Oat fiber, WPI (which ever they carry, I've forgotten now if it is the 5000 or 8000 Edited to say they carry the 8000). Wish they carried both. I sometimes buy the pwd eggs (both whites & whole), but I have a supply of them now.
It depends on whether I need other things from Netrition at the time, because if I have an order to go to Netrition, I can get these items there, and ordering from the one place is cheaper.
Sorry, I can't even think right now. I do use PolyD occasionally, and they also carry that. (both places do) I used to could only get the Oat fiber from Honeyville.
Oh they do have corn bran which I sometimes use, and it is the only place I know of tho get it. Netrition doesn't carry that.
I think they carry Provident Pantry pwd milk, and I can get it from them also (again, have a supply now). Just check it out. They also carry Xanthan gum I think, tho I've never ordered that from them.
I'm sure the yogurt bites do have sugar.
They also carry dried fruits, tho I don't buy those.
I think it is the 8000 that they carry, and I prefer to order that & the oat fiber from them, but as I said, if I have an order for Netrition, I will go ahead and buy that from them.

OH MOST IMPORTANTLY (and I almost forgot), I buy my almond flour from them!!!! It is cheaper there when you buy the 5# bag than buying almonds & grinding myself. At least around here.
If you don't have a cheap source for flax seeds (not pre-ground), they have those too. Flax seed is best bought whole, and ground at home as you need them. (I admit, I grind about 1/4-1/2 cup at a time, and use as needed. Not ideal, but that's what I do.

I too am bad about letting myself get too hungry at times before I eat something. Not a good idea, but it happens!
