Oh glorious Friday! It's when I do menu planning for next week and I am having a good time cleaning out my cupboards and waiting to try new recipes.

It is snowing here, finally, but I think the worst will pass us but when it falls it is so beautiful and serene. I just adore the change in seasons. My garden catalogs are her and we are busy going through them. Did I say we, why yes I did as Marv has the garden bug too which is so very nice. Last Spring we added a plum, nectarine and new apple trees. So, I'm always looking out in the garden to make sure they are healthy, looking good so far.

I tried the blueberry crumble recipe from one of George's books, we both loved it, if you haven't tried it give it a while. I believe its in the family style book.

been busy reviewing and re-reviewing all George's books and making notes and also the member recipes are very very helpful too. I didn't use many carbs yesterday so I made george's hot chocolate and wow it was good sipping on that, especially watching it snow.

I can't wait for the updated SS page and it will be nice to have chat on it. For the first time in a very very long time I feel I have more energy, and just feel good. No doubt about it, this is my way of life!
