B- multivitamin
2 eggs fried in butter
4 lil sausage links SF of course
decaf w/ splenda/cream
50 oz water

L- tossed greens w/ chopped ham and hb egg
hidden valley ranch dressing mayo/sour cream recipe
crystal light strawberry kiwi
1 liter water
SF popsicle

D- left over trout
green beans
coleslaw
diet soda
decaf coffee and 1 liter water

waaa no dessert

wretched headache......goin to bed!
