Can't believe I didn't think of that myself. I've received messages explaining this to me and am happier now.

I thought had to eat lots of meats and cheeses and fats and dairy to be a real SStyle member, however, that's not true. I now realize that I can use my eggs and or fish as a condiment and use lots of veggies as the main source of my meals.

Thanks for helping me see this. I have really bad migraines and at times don't think things through completely, silly me.
