George, my congratulations on the new book....just got it today and am so impressed with it. Although I have all the other books, this one is a real winner. A friend was with me when I opened it. She remembered your TV Show but was unfamiliar with your cookbooks and was drooling over each of the pictures. I had to bring the other books out so she could see them and how you've progressed over the years. You guys are terrific; keep 'em coming.

Gotta run 'cause I have to try out a couple of the recipes.....

Thanks Mary! You know Christian took every picture incl the cover and we made every dish and then ate it! Our last 3 books were completely done by us from cover to cover! Enjoy! Geo
ps we cook almost every day from the book too! Really!G
