| Pumpkin cheesecake sounds great! It is such a mild winter here in the midwest spring fever is mandatory at this point. It feels like it's mid April. Can't beat that! Hope everyone has a good day. |

Hello! I'm in TEXAS too and it was warm today here... would like it to be cooler for a bit longer. I just heard it will warm up then cool down in the next few days. I actually turned the fan on today. It's this kind of early spring-like weather that makes the early bloomer flowers bloom waaaaay too early, then don't do well in the Spring.
Mmmmmm cheeesecake! I can almost smell it here too.. ( just wishing maybe). Honestly, I'm not too into flavored cheesecakes, except for yummy toppings, but I do have a can of pumpkin I pulled out to the counter to inspire me in some direction. I'm not sure if I should avoid pumpkin or enjoy it! What's your standard to follow in how much and how often you can eat pumpkin? sandi _________________ I am responsible for my own happiness.

Sandi, I say enjoy the pumpkin, just make sure it`s 100% pure pumpkin!!
as far as often, I don`t really eat it everyday

Thanx, Debbie ( pumpkin reply). I'm going to bake the pumpkin pie and freeze slices..and maybe make pumpkin muffins and stick those in the fridge to reheat...OR maybe use any left over pumpkin in some Harvest pancakes.
Tomatoes on LAST yr's plants? WOW! Talk about a bonus! My cayenne pepper plants are still popping out peppers and they are a pretty sight out there in brilliant red, but tomatoes would be a happier find for me! sandi |
