When I began this topic, I typed:
{Apparently, the day I registered, I made an error in the form of a type-o when entering my e-mail and now, I am receiving a notice that my password does not match anything on file. This error, prevents my making changes to avatars, etc. The error can be found as the 8th character ...an "0", added by mistake, before "suddenlink.net".

Is there a possibility this can be corrected? Once the "0" is deleted, the addy will read correctly and be usable if newsletters resume, and if my ID is required in making changes on the my forum signature or avatar.

Hi Sandi, I logged in as you from the master control panel and went to your control panel and chose "edit your profile" and the email you have listed is correct and does "Not" have an o in the 8th character and reads correctly.

Evidently you were successful in changing it. Good Luck!

Thank you for looking into this George. I guess I had the problem stated incorrectly. Try this please.... the settings and signature place on the forum? That's the one I can't get the "0" to STAY OFF of my e-mail, even when I delete the "0".... and it won't allow other changes to be applied, such as the avatar. It tells me my password is not matching in the registration and bounces the correction I make of removing the "0" in my e-mail (on the form on that page just above password changes) right back to the type-o version. Is it telling me I have to change my password or is the type-o error something we can remove?

I know you're busy and appreciate all you are doing ( cookbooks, updating the forum, and assisting with details when we crash into a wall).

Billie has mentioned that what you can see as Admin of the forum, does not always match what some of your members see. I'm not sure that's the case here, but since you attempted to help me the other day, I found the problem is STILL there. PLEASE, please check this....

Please help me change this type-O on that form in my e-mail address. If you need for me to take a picture of what I am seeing on my screen and try posting it or send it to your e-mail, which Billie provided, I can do that . Let me know, please. Thank you again for your help with this matter.

THANK YOU, Geo and I am waiting for your contact person to try and fix the problem before I delete my account and re-do it. Please let me know if that person tries and is unable to adjust what is needed, so I can know I definitely need to re-do my account.
