George, I can't remember where you posted this recipe, or what book it's in, but it's the recipe for the ricotta/frozen strawberry recipe for ice cream. I skimmed all the books and can't find it. was it posted here? someone was asking about ice cream and i remembered this. Any idea what i'm talking about? Holla!!!
