Anyone who has wanted one, but couldn't quite afford the others with the shipping costs on QVC, should check into these.

Hi George,
I ordered my copy last Sat. and just got it out of the mail box tonight which is
Friday. That was fast. I can,t wait to sit down tonight and read it While I eat some of Davids blackberrie cobbler I am trying for the first time. Thanks to you both for signing the book. I will put it in the kitchen with my other 4 and both of my video's I got in Gatlinburg. I had so much fun shopingwith you then You cooked all day and night. Oh my Gosh the food was great. I have made just about all of those recipes you made and the bark recipe you gave us that night. Thanks again sassy1 |

| This is the only book I don't have yet. I wanted to know if there were recipes with wheat in them as I am totally grain free now. Anyone have the book? I noticed the "No white flour" but is there whole wheat? |

Diana, I have the book, but I can't honestly answer that for sure. But I don't THINK George does recipes with even wheat flour. Even if there MIGHT be a few, there wouldn't be many, and you could sub any GF "flour" that you might use. But, I'm pretty sure there aren't any.
