I made the chocolate chip muffins,raspberry muffins, the blueberry pancakes, the cauliflower mac and cheese casserole all were really good the raspberry muffins I think had a little to much flour and oat bran on the bottom. I love the cauliflower mac and cheese and so did the rest of the family. The blueberry pancakes have a very sweet taste which I really like of course my grandson still had to use syrup we have always bought Mrs. Butterworth's sugar free. Mine were fine with just a little butter

Because of spam & bad posts being able attack this section, it has been closed to new posts, but it is still there to browse, glean answers from. (No spam there now.) Those sound delicious! I made the Chicken Stella Scarpariello for dinner last night with salad, lemon ice box pie that another member had posted for dessert and the breadless bread pudding to have for breakfast this morning. All were amazing thinking of making the zucchini muffins as well to use up some extra zucchini I have on hand.

I really love all of his recipes, my husband even said that if this is what "diet" food tastes like count him in!
