Ground turkey burgers can be dry. I been making them this way and my family gives them a thumbs up. I will only list the ingredients as it will depend on how many you make.
bacon grease or olive oil
garlic
onion
celery
red or green pepper
greens (spinach, kale, collard,turnip any type of green)
tomato
ground turkey
In bacon grease or olive oil, saute chopped vegetables until soft. Cool vegetables to room temperate and then mix with ground turkey and shape into burgers. I like to saute them and top them with cheese.
I have even made this as a meatloaf with sugar free ketchup and cheese on top and baked. Hope you enjoy this.
