I buy turkey when it is on sale at holiday time and can it. The reason I can it, is that I like it better that way, and I do not have a freezer. Saves us much $.

I bought a turkey breast last night at the grocery. Stacy mentioned it last week...I don't know why it seems the only time we have it is during the holidays. It is so good, and really cheap, when on sale and compared to other meats.

Alot of times thats what I buy and slice for sandwiches instead of trying my luck at the deli counter! And like Mark says, it is economical!
