| I just figured out that if you shop at a Hispanic food market, pork rinds are half the price of the name brand ones at the regular grocery store. Plus, they come in extra hard or fluffy and tiny or HUGE! Who knew? Plus it is a cheaper place to buy pepitas, roasted pumpkin seeds, which are a great low carb sub for croutons on a salad. |

| Wow - I like the idea of pumpkin seeds on a salad...I've never been a fan of stale bread, but the seeds are a great idea! I'll be trying that soon. |
