FOR S.O.S

For sauce base:
1 cup skim milk
4 tbs of butter
one block of cream cheese
1 cup of shredded swiss cheese
1 cup of sour cream
pepper and Mrs.Dash to taste

In a sauce pan melt the butter, then lower the heat and add the milk, swiss cheese and the cream cheese.. Break up the block and melt till smooth, add the sour cream.. this will thicken slighlty

Once you have the sauce base then add 1 cup of sliced supper then cornbeef...
serve over one slice of multi grain bread toasted or any other bread sub.

For a RUBEN
using the same sauce base with the cornbeef add 1/2 cup of kraut, and 1/4 cup of low carb Thousand Island dressing... warm and serve..

In order to keep this low carb, I would eliminate the skim milk, and use heavy cream. If you reduce it down, it will thicken very nicely.
