I remember seeing a recipe for pepperoni chips, perhaps in this forum.

Got the pepperoni an can't find the recipe. Help!!

Thanks, Donna, for the link. I did find the original recipe on the foodnetwork site. Your link showed me how to cook the chips in the microwave instead of the oven method in the original.

Was actually coming here to ask a ???? about the pepperoni crisps and food this thread.Did some yesterday and they weren't very good,but I didn't remember to put the paper towel on the top,I also had cheese on mine that didn't stay on very well either Sad .Will try again for sure,cuz they are tasty if done right,lol!!
