Was in here already and someone asked me to post this here that I had PM'ed them so here it is, simple but tasty!
David's Egg Salad
Ingredients
7 Large eggs (boiled)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon mustard
1 Tablespoon sour cream
1 Teaspoon of celery seed
2 Teaspoons chopped pimentos
1 green onion (finely chopped)
Salt n pepper to taste
Directions
Boil eggs, peel and chop well. Chop pimentos into small bits and add to eggs, add remaining ingredients and mix well, chill and serve on beds of lettuce leaves or with the "Smackaroos crackers!

Ya know what? we must think alike! This is exactly the recipe I use, except sometimes I don't add the pimentos.

yes, when I have it on hand. For me, the key is the celery seed. sometimes I add sweet relish too.

Hey, I thought I WAS da mamma!!! The SS mamma anyway! LOL

Wull, I wuz bout ta sayd on a nuther post thet David & ah's tastes wuz alike. But thin ah membered thet theys a lots of thangs thet he likes thet ah jest don't like het all. An probably visey versie.
Wull them thar salery seeds wuz ban nuff in that thar egg salat, but puttin that thar sweet relish in hit, jest shore nuff ruined hit. Ah jest caint go sweet relish nor sweet pickles.

Oh well, ta each his/her own!!!!

Other than thet, that thar egg salat sounds good. An ah could even put up with the salery seeds, but shore wood prefer them not in mine! That sour cream in hit sounds good tho.

this sounds pretty good . i have never made the egg salad with sour cream before but it sounds good though. sue

it's nine oclock at night and i have had the worst craving for egg salad! i have a dozen eggs on the stove, and will be making this to take to work tomorrow. i don't have any pimento's but i have roasted red peppers....

i don't know why, but i sure am havin a hankerin for this!
