Easy and cheesy -
Baked Tomato Casserole
4 tomatoes
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup minced scallions
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Butter a casserole dish.
Peel the tomatoes and cut in half. Place them in the dish. Season with salt and
pepper. Layer with mayonnaise, then onion and then top with grated cheese.
Bake at 325 for 20 minutes.

oh my this sounds delicious, I have never cooked with mayo though but it might be time I tried, only problem is all the mayos over here in the store have sugar in and the mayo I bought online without sugar was $5 nearly for 250g my hubby freaked when he saw how much it cost he told me I better not like it as I cant have it again he told me to learn how to make my own _________________ Todays mighty oak is just yesterday's nut that held its ground!
