I was in north Broward last night, we had a show in Coconut Creek. I left about 8 this morning...darn, I should have stuck around and found your place,!!! That looks wonderful.

Mark, I wish you would have. There's plenty left over too. And I would have loved to have met you and have had friends to share a meal with.
Please let me know if you're in this neck of the woods again. You were only about ten minutes from here........maybe 15. |

Hey, the more the merrier, right?
This meal has fast become my favorite form of comfort food......... along with the cheesecake I'm going to have later for a snack. |

Oh Paula I can vouch for the meatloaf it is fantastic, my husband doesn't like meatloaf but loves Georges recipe for it, we tweak the filling slightly we put finely chopped mushrooms , a small amount of finely chopped sweet pepper and grated cheese and chopped cooked bacon in the middle we press the meatloaf in to the bottom and sides of pan and then put filling in the middle and top with the remaining meat and its delicious the meat mix is the nicest we have tried making and we have tried a few different recipes and it is moist yet not wet, just perfect ! _________________ Todays mighty oak is just yesterday's nut that held its ground!
